Our 100% cotton fouta TAKLIDI, is hand-woven on old manual looms by Kamel and his weavers, in the village of Lamta, in the Sahel region.

The classical fouta, with its two three-striped patterns on the edges that we love, is a timeless must have Tunisian product. It’s used in hammams (Turkish baths) to dry yourself or as a beach towel.

The fringes of our foutas have the same color as the main color. A very important detail that implicates that everytime a loom is specifically assembled.
